Expandable Rim Refurbishing Facility
Taray International's in-house rim refurbishing facility has been outfitted with industry leading equipment from our brand new computer controlled CNC machine to our top quality welding & glass beading stations.
We offer several expandable rim refurbishing options to suit your individual needs, including our most popular ADVANCED EXCHANGE program. In the Advanced Exchange program, Taray's refurbishing facility sends a fully refurbished rim to your site within 3 days of placing the order. After receipt of the refurbished rim, Taray will send UPS to collect your old rim at your facility. Everything happens, with NO CHARGE freight.
Our facility provides the following services :

Rims are fully dismantled and sandblasted to a like-new finish.

All rim segments are welded and re-machined to new rim specs.

The belts and all worn fittings are replaced.

The completed rim is then thouroughly expanded & tested for medial & lateral runout.
Extruder Repair Facility
Taray International's in-house extruder repair facility has been in operation since 1995. Our facility is completely stocked with thousands of repair parts for most Giant, Mini & Nail-hole extruders. Our facility is operated by a BOSCH certified repair technician with almost 20 years experience in extruder gun repair & troubleshooting.
Taray offers quick turnaround times for quotes & repairs. In addition, our repair facility is equipped with several LOANER units in the event your shop cannot be without it's extruders for any period of time.
From simple cleanings & preventive maintenance service to full blown extruder breakdown & rebuilding, our repair facility is equipped to handle your job.
Turn-Key Retread Shop Design
Over the years, Taray International has strived to offer the industry best design & procurement consulting for turn-key retread shop design. Our technical engineers can assist with all aspects of facility design, from layout to installation and training.
Our technical consultants are also able to assist with procurement of machinery as well as supply of raw materials & consumable tools & parts.
With over 40 years combined knowledge of the retread industry, our technical engineering staff can take the guess work out of turn-key retread plant design & training.
